Does the entire bridal party normally use the services of the makeup artist too?
Yes we recommend the whole bridal party being done as photos last for ever and they want to feel confident they look great.

How long does the whole process take?
We allow approximately 30 mins per person for makeup.

Is it best for the bride-to-be to have her hair done first, before the makeup, or the other way around? Please explain why it’s best for one to be done before the other.
It really doesn’t matter, sometime we start with setting the hair. Sometimes it has to do with the the hair and makeup team, they will arrange the bridal party to make sure everyone is ready on time.

How do makeup artists work with clients who have sensitive skin and various skin types?
We only use professional products, we also recommend anyone with sensitive skin t come to the trial and we we patch test the products to be sure.

Will makeup typically be used that has been used on other clients?
Products like mascara and lipstick are put on with disposable applicators.

What is airbrush makeup?
Airbrush Makeup gives you a flawless, beautiful look that is light-weight, clean and natural- never heavy or overdone and doesn’t clog pores. Airbrush makeup is very adaptable and coverage can be adjusted to be light, medium or heavy. It leaves the skin looking radiant with a natural glow. It lasts longer than foundation applied the ordinary way.

Is it a good idea for a bride to wear lashes on her special day if she’s not used to them? Why or why not?
YES! We offer individual lashed which cant be felt or noticed. We offer all brides free lashes at the trial so as they can sample them before the big day.

What are the best types of makeup products for a bride to wear on the big day?
Long lasting, that is why we recommend airbrush foundation. And a really good primer.

When a bride uses a makeup artist, will she look too “overdone”?
Not if the makeup is applied correctly. We believe in a natural flawless look

How does a makeup artist ensure that the bride looks good on her big day, both in person, and in photos too?
To provide a natural look which will highlight features and hide imperfections. This will have everyone look great in photos and in real life too.

What factors and options usually determine how much a makeup artist charges?
We can accordingly to experience and capability. All of out artist have at least 10 years experience with many courses under their belt and most have taught hair and makeup.

Do the makeup artists do pre-wedding consultations with the bride-to-be and the wedding party? If so, what is typically discussed at a consultation?
We offer a trial to all brides. We try a few different looks until we find the perfect look to compliment the bride. We also discuss the needs of the rest of the bride party and details for the wedding day.

Should the bride-to-be and the bridal party hire the makeup artist for a trial run first?
NO! We only recommend the bride having the trial, we always allow time on the wedding day to make any small changes required.

How far in advance should a bride-to-be book a makeup artist?
Up to 18 moths to be sure that you don’t miss out, especially during peak season.

Does the makeup artist typically come to the bride-to-be, or does the bride-to-be travel to the makeup artist?
We are 100% mobile on your special day.

Does the bride-to-be usually need to have special equipment such as special chairs, lighting, or mirrors for the makeup artist?
We bring everything, the only thing we ask for is a room with lots of natural light.
